I’ve been training with Jack for almost a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers I’ve met. I started training once a week, as part of a group Muay Thai session, really enjoyed the variety & challenge he put into the workout. Then I decided to go for personal one-on-one general sessions to prepare for my upcoming wedding.

Jack is focused on helping me accomplish my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My endurance has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit-ups/core exercises, lift heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I look forward to my workouts.

Importantly:

+ He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries and takes the time to guide me through each exercise.

+ Jack isincredibly reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

Jack is definitely the person I’ve been looking for! I don’t write many reviews unless it’s something either really good or really really bad. With that said, Jack is truly amazing. Let me start by saying I have zero experience in any type of martial arts. I got beat up a few times in middle school and that’s about it. I decided to learn a bit of self defense just in case my honest opinion hurts someone’s feeling one day and I might have to defend myself. Jack is awesome with his skills and is happy to teach you everything he knows. He’s super humble and patient at the same time. He truly gives you his full attention every single session. He’s knowledgable in nutrition and mental health as well! Thanks Jack!! Looking forward to many many more sessions!
